Sport
Holmewood House has extensive outdoor and indoor facilities. These include a sports hall, a 'tiger turf' all weather pitch, with athletics track, a superb 25m indoor heated swimming pool, indoor cricket nets, a rifle range, three squash courts and six tennis courts.
In the autumn and spring terms we have four soccer pitches, three rugby pitches, four netball courts and a grass hockey pitch.
In the summer term we have six cricket nets and four rounders pitches. We also have four brand new tennis courts, four shale courts and two concrete surfaced courts.
Sport naturally has a high profile at Holmewood. We have a highly committed staff who get fully involved in training teams, and we also have highly trained coaches who come into the school to coach teams and individuals.

Athletics, archery, badminton, ballet, basketball, cricket, cross-country, dance, fencing, golf, gymnastics, hockey, judo, lacrosse, netball, orienteering, rounders, rugby, shooting, short tennis, soccer, street hockey, squash, swimming, table tennis, tennis and volleyball.
